Dr. Moshe Ernst - CEO
Dr.
Ernst has extensive experience as a dental practitioner having built a
practice into a multi-clinic business He has successfully invested in
the financial markets, including formulating strategies in risk
analysis, in hedge markets, and in secondary insurance markets. He is
the inventor of Densys, manages development and determines the
company’s strategic direction. He holds a DDS from

Sarah
Craimer has broad management experience with international startup
companies in operations, finance and human resources. Ms. Craimer
served as COO of Lerner Communications (software consulting), as Vice
President of Finance and Operations at XOSoft (acquired by CA (
Michael Gefen - VP R&D
Michael Gefen has extensive experience in management and development of image
processing and semi-conductors. He has founded several of his own
start-ups including Brossh (develops the technological infrastructure
for imaging: three dimensional viewing and medical simulators), INSPECTECH
(developed inspection machines in the semiconductor field) which was
sold to Comtek, and Geffen-Imaging and Control (developed software in
the field of image processing, computerized imaging and inspection in
semiconductor industry). In addition he
served as the Director of Imaging Processing, at KLA-Tencor, (software
development in the field of image processing, computerized viewing and
inspection in semiconductor field), and as Vice President of Research
and Development at Kulik and Sofa (inspection machinery and algorithms
for image processing in the semiconductor field). Mr. Gefen holds a B.Sc in computer sciences and electronical engineering,

Avi Harel
Avi
Harel was a Member of the Board of Directors of Bank Hapoalim B.M. and
served as Head of Finance and Information System Management. Between
1991-1996 he was a Senior Vice President of Bank Hapoalim and was
responsible for the Bank’s Securities and Deposits Division. He was
formerly Chairman of the Board of Poalim Capital Markets, Chairman
of the Board of Hapoalim International NV, and a Member of the Board of
Directors of several other Group companies as well as a Director of
Ma’alot-The Israeli Securities Rating Company Ltd. He holds a BA and MA
(Summa Cum Laude) in Economics and Statistics gained at

Joshua
Maor served as a director of Deltathree, and as the Chairman of
Commutech Holding & Investments Ltd., an investment holding company
which engages primarily in investments in high tech companies. Mr. Maor was formerly Chairman of the Board of Mofet Venture Capital. He was also formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Green Venture Capital Ltd. Previously, Mr. Maor was the Chairman of I.B.M. Israel Ltd.
Professor Dr. Alex Mersel
Dr. Mersel is currently Professor at the Hadassah Faculty of Dental Medicine Jerusalem serves as Director of the Dentures Prosthodontics and Gerodontics Clinic, he also serves as a consultant to the World Health Organization, as Deputy Chairman of the Israel Dental Association (I.D.A), Chairman of the Continuing Education Committee ERO-European Org., FDI – World Dental Federation Councilor, Finance Committee Member and Liaison Officer to the Congress and Education Committee. Prof. Mersel’s past posts include Research Fellow Brookdale Institute of Gerodontology, Consultant to the Prime Minister's Commission on Public Health, Vice-President International Association of Gerodontology, President of the European College of Gerodontology, Chairman FDI Special Committee of Gerodontology, and Board Member ERO/FDI. Prof. Mersel has published over 80 research articles in the field of dentistry.
